Q: Why are your websites so cheap? I have been quoted thousands of dollars to create a website.
A: We don’t custom build websites from scratch. We use the latest tools, and some cool templates to quickly and easily build you a professional looking site.
Q: How soon after signing up will my website be ready?
A: It may as little as a week for us to get your website online. If you have all of the information such as logo images, home page text etc. for the wesbite ready to go, then we can quickly create your website.
Q: How often can I update the website, and how much does it cost?
A: You can send updates as often as you like, and there is no additional charge.
Q: What if I don’t like the finished website
A: That’s simple, you can change it. You can change to another of our pre-made templates; update the text; update the photos. You get umlimited free updates to your website because we want you to be happy with the finished result.
Q: I don’t like any of the templates. Can you build me a custom template for my business?
A: The short answer is no – we don’t build custom websites. However if you have some great ideas for a template – please let us know as we may be able to produce a new template for use by all of our customers that suits you.
Q: What will my domain name be?
A: We can register any .com.au, .net.au, .com, .net domain that is available. There are rules regarding .com.au and .net.au domains which basically limit you to registering a domain name that is derived from your business name.
Q: Who owns the domain name?
A: You do. We register it for you – but it belongs to you. If you choose to cancel the service for some reason – then the domain name is still yours.
Q: Can I pay for 12 months up front?
A: No – The monthly hosting and maintenance fee is charged monthly and is debited directly from your nominated credit card or Australian bank account. This actually reduces the amount of work for us as we don’t have to post out bills, and chase up money. We can then pass on the saving to you!
Q: How long is the contact?
A: There is no fixed term. You can cancel the service any time you like. You just need to give us 30 days notice.
